CBS Outdoor and Swords Pavilions have announced a partnership to develop a dedicated commercial digital advertising network in one of the largest shopping and leisure malls in Ireland.
This partnership will create Ireland’s largest premium digital advertising network and will see CBS Outdoor install 20 screens in ten locations throughout Pavilions Mall.
In keeping with their digital retail strategy, CBS Outdoor has worked with Pavilions to create a bespoke digital advertising Pod that complements the Pavilion’s architecture and environment.
The expansion of CBS Outdoor’s Digital network to Swords Pavilions will allow advertisers to reach an audience of over 45 million Irish consumers annually across their network.
Pavilons Swords is located in the heart of Swords’ main street, which is also home to Fingal County Council Headquarters. Swords has seen significant growth in the last ten years. By the time of the 2006 Census it had become the third largest town in Ireland. Pavilions is at the centre of major transport infrastructures and attracts people from a wide catchment area which includes Malahide, Portmarnock, Howth, Sutton, Clontarf and Kinsealy. Pavilions is home to over 80 retailers including Dunnes Stores, Superquinn, Next and TK Maxx. Major high street fashion outlets Zara, H&M and River Island have stores in the mall. It also houses the successful 11 screen Movies-at Swords cinema. Pavilions represents a significant employment hub for Swords with 1,600 people employed both full time and part time in the mall.
